| NWR soccer league registration is open! League is open to boys and girls ages 4-15. Registration deadline is Thursday, August 1.
League practices start the week of August 19. Games start Saturday, September 7. Last games will wrap up on or before October 19.
Near West Recreation offers four coed divisions: U6 (ages 4-6), U9 (ages 7-9), U12 (ages 10-12), and U15 (ages 13-15). To participate your child must turn 4 before September 1. Participants will be placed on teams according to their age on September 1.
Teams will practice once a week and play one each Saturday. In October, we will have 1-2 night games per teams in the U9, U12, and U15 divisions. All practices and games are played at Near West Side fields.
Cost is $50 per child. Fee includes uniform, team equipment, official fees, and other league cost. Financial assistance is available to families living or attending school on the Near West Side or Downtown. For assistance, simply fill out the appropriate information on the registration form.

Volunteer Coaches are always needed! No experience necessary. Background check required (paid for by NWR). We are looking for individuals that enjoy working/leading kids and has general knowledge of the sport. Commitment level ranges from 3-6 hours per week.
